Initital discussion was a qualification with an outside recruiter. This was both the recruiter qualifying me and me qualiying the position. This was followed by another screening interview, this time with the company's recruiter. The next step was five phone interviews scheduled over a two day period. The final interviews were face to face over lunch with two of the hiring managers. They were also two of the five phone interviewers previously mentioned. This was followed up quickly by an offer for employment. The external recruiter was involved throughout the process. As always with interviews, be confident, be yourself and ask questions and listen.
