We keep candidates on the loop about our whole interview process so they know what to expect in each step, which are especially designed for us to get to know our candidates’ interests and goals better. In line with that, logic interviews are our main tool to see problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in action and how candidates apply logical reasoning, which are key aspects for customer-facing roles.
