They have a 4-stage interview process. The first one is a regular interview, the only trendy part of it was that we did the interview sitting on poofs instead of regular chairs... On the second interview they gave me a few riddles to resolve which were quite tricky. It seems like it doesn’t matter if you get the right answer but they just want to see how you deal with abstract / creative thinking. I thought it was pointless... anyway, I never made it to the 3rd interview but they had told Me that it was basically going to be with the higher up managers for final decision making.

They asked about past work experience. They asked dumb questions like: “define an account manager” (FYI the job position was for account manager).

Hi! - Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you felt some of our assessment methods were pointless... We have strong proof that they affect performance on the job and that's why we value them. However, I do feel it is important to clarify that we value thought process and interaction, so the interview was as much about your logical thinking as it was about your interaction to solve the problems in a collaborative way with our employees. Feel free to apply again in the future if you see other positions of interest for you.

El proceso consta de varias entrevistas, El equipo de reclutadores es excelente, super atentos. Hay muy buena comunicación durante el tiempo que dura la etapa de entrevistas y también el soporte es rápido en caso de dudas. Consta de 2 entrevistas con recursos humanos, 1 técnica, 2 entrevistas con los gerentes del área y luego la propuesta si uno es elegido.

The overall process was pleasant and easy to follow. The recruiters are easy to engage with in a small talk, so you don't feel as though you're under interragation. The first intevies will be overlooking your experience, on the second interview you will have to solve logical riddles, the third interview is when you'll get the chance to talk with the head of the department.

- Tell me about yourself - Why are you interested in Avature - What is your experience in Account management? Riddles: There are eight balls. Seven of them weigh the same, but one of them has a different weight (heavier or lighter). How do you find the odd ball with two weights? There are three boxes, one contains only apples, one contains only oranges, and one contains both apples and oranges. The boxes have been incorrectly labeled such that no label identifies the actual contents of the box it labels. Opening just one box, and without looking in the box, you take out one piece of fruit. By looking at the fruit, how can you immediately label all of the boxes correctly? etc
