The interview process was very systematic and smooth. The process was clearly mentioned in the jd and hence it did not set unnecessary expectation. First is the shortlisting, followed by brief interview, assignment and final HR round.

It includes the following basic steps : 1) Initial Screening 2) Technical Round 3) HR Round 4) Offer Discussion Overall it was a great experience. Lot of learning about great initiatives in the education sector. It was a friendly discussion.
