Interview consisted of initial contact by a recruiter who basically said two things..what's the minimum amount of money you want?...and a series of statements using buzzwords like "empathy" and diversity, with no real meaning or attachment behind those words to the position being discussed...the technical portion of the interview consisted of basically listening to a description of the rganization that the role would sit in and the organizational structure, without any real discussion of what/how the role would function there
