A call was scheduled which began on time. My manager who interviewed me was clearly prepared and carried out the interview professionally and courteously. We had an open and honest discussion around what the then-current challenges of the role was, including certain improvements that could be immediately implemented. The interview process involved however several rounds of management and stakeholders so all in all it took a while before all the interviews were done.
