They contacted me via LinkedIn and scheduled a 30 minute interview with TA. They were very nice but did not ask for my CV in advance so I had to explain all my experience - which was odd because they had contacted me. They did not have responses to the majority of the questions I had about the role and told me the hiring manager would know more. They asked me to formally apply via the website and then I got an interview with the hiring manager a few weeks after. The hiring manager did not join the interview (for which I had asked time off) and when requested explanations, they replied that the hiring manager had requested to cancel it and they were now reviewing what to do with the candidates. Complete waste of time and preparation - I don't even know if they will reschedule when it was them contacting me, but not that I'm impressed seeing how they value candidates.
