First there is a video interview of approximately 45 minutes with a recruiter.
The second and final stage is the assessment day which consists of a group assessment, answering case study questions that they email you 2-3 days before, competency questions etc.
They also hold a two hour session with current graduates who you can ask questions to.
I had overall a great experience with their recruitment process. They were really welcoming and I didn't feel as nervous as I thought I would be. It was also great to hear how much they would invest in your personal and professional growth throughout your career with them.
I was offered the role but with careful consideration I declined it due to being offered a different job in another company.
