I was contacted by Avanade recruiter, had one technical phone interview, one real time online interview via Live Meeting, and one non-technical face-to-face. The set of questions on both interviews was pretty standard. The second interview included a simple programming task (reverse a string) and an object oriented design task.

In-depth technical questions being asked.
1st round Interview was smooth and good respond from the interviewer.
2nd round interview quite difficult since nearly 50 questions being asked + creating on function on the go.
