There was a series of interviews, first with their HR person and then with the Region Lead. Overall it was a great interview, very relaxed. They asked about my knowledge, experience, and why I wanted to join the company.
For a starting role, more focused on soft skills and willingness to learn than a particular portfolio of technical competences. Very open to people of different academic backgrounds and years of experience
