Was told there would be 4 interviews, ended up with 6.
1 interview ~per week once I passed each gate; very old school process.
Received an offer but declined.
They had greater role aspirations but the role metrics didn't align with what was communicated.
Also misalignment between interviewers regarding salary

What would make Avanade your preferred choice of employment?
New HR joinee coordinator taking from the previous one with no professionalism as forgot to inform reschudeled dates.
Moreover a disillusioned Tech Interviewer from MElbourene with no idea about the profile which he is interviewing. Not a great company as far as interview process is concerned.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter. He was very rude and wasted my time. The experience with him turned me off from ever applying here again. If this type of behavior sets the precedent for the culture, don’t apply here!
