General Application via Linked-in and their HR tool with cover letter, credentials etc. Was given a reasonably sized take home assignment to complete that consisted of a number of job relevant real life examples. Two interviews, one with Senior Team Lead, the other with Senior Team Lead and another Senior Engineer. It was a friendly interview done remotely, and made to feel comfortable and welcome. They articulated what they were looking for, how the company works and overview of their product. I was given the opportunity to explain specific sections on the assignment and go over additional technical scenarios as well as discuss a little about myself, as well as my experiences,, both employment and technical and how they align with the application requirements.
