I went through an extensive interview process—four separate rounds involving six people in total. I invested a significant amount of time and effort. First, I passed the initial HR interview, followed by a successful interview with the person who would have been my boss. Then, I had two additional interviews with two people each. A week later, I was informed they had chosen someone else. What’s frustrating is that everyone I spoke with said they were impressed with me, and there were no indications I had fallen short in any way. It’s deeply disappointing to have spent so many hours on this process, only to be turned down.

In-house recruiter reached out to schedule interview via their electronic scheduling software. After scheduling a time, recruiter never called. Follow-up to inquire about what happened went unanswered. If this is how the company operates, I am glad I didn't waste any more time with these guys. This never happened in my 10+ career before.
