I had a great and engaging interview with a recruiter, then I heard nothing for two months. When I inquired, I was told they put the role on hold. I would have appreciated a bit more engagement. Ironic that a company whose sole product is automation services, couldn't trigger a quick auto-email to update applicants.

The interview process was great and went on smoothly with all key stakeholders showing interest and engagement. The flexibility and availability shown by all was awesome. There were periodic follow-ups and the whole process was completed swiftly.
