Met an ACS representative at a job fair at my school, was asked to interview during my winter break. I went to the interview and spoke to an HR rep, a software developer, and the software manager. Frankly they seemed rather unprepared for an interview. We chatted for about 20 minutes and then they gave me a tour and I got to see some of their software. I felt like it all went quite well. They said they would let me know something in around 2 weeks. Three weeks later I emailed the HR rep to check in, and she told me they had a pending email with the CEO regarding whether they needed to fund this software developer position and that she would let me know when she heard back. I never heard back from them.
