Was contacted for an interview after submitting my application. Had a 15 minute sync with the recruiter before scheduling the hiring manager interview. The hiring manager interview was okay, though looking back, I don't think they knew what they wanted in this position. It seemed like some of the skills outlined in the description were not in line with what would probably be used in a day-to-day. When asked about what success looks like, the hiring manager just gave a very vague answer, showing me that they were not even sure.

First there was 30 mins recruiter round interview. After that 45 minutes hiring manager interview which was mostly behavioural. Then they call for the technical round. It was mostly verbal no coding but it seems like they are confused what they are asking. Same question repeatedly in different manners. They were asking all about release process and devops related questions though it was not mentioned in the job description. The questions were too lengthy that it was difficult to keep focus.
