30 min phone screen 1hr 1:1 with Hiring Manager 1hr Demo & Q&A The process was fairly smooth. The demo was by far the hardest part. I did not prepare exactly the way the instructions described. Be prepared for curve balls/objections. There was tension between the 3 interviewers. The dynamics made the interview harder.
