Crickets for months. The initial screener was very enthusiastic and told me to expect to hear back, but then nothing. Not a phone call. Not an email. No communication until the auto-generated email months later. Would have seemed courteous to let me know sooner if they were moving on to other candidates.

4 entrevistas, con HR, hiring manager, panel y un business case. El proceso es rápido, pero luego no te han feedback o tardan mucho en tomar una decisión. De los 3 procesos que estuve, en un cogieron a un candidato interno y los otros dos lo movieron de ubicación.

The HR sounded very picky and made judgements right at the interview, and she also shared negative reviews about the HM and the previous incumbent with me at the interview. For the whole interview she didn't ask any meaningful questions other than "tell me about yourself". In addition, she asked me to submit additional information via email after the interview but never had further feedback/replies, which made me feel not being respected. All in all, very negative interview experience.
