Friend works there so he basically got me the job. I had to apply online and take a bunch of tests, and since im a genius I aced them. Then they did the background check and cuz I had a felony it took a while. The interview itself was easy as all hell, the store manager is not that demanding so he just needed someone to come work at the store.
Fairly straightforward, they will ask simple questions regarding your automotive experience, strengths, etc. The company is almost always hiring, showing professionalism is very important as the company has old fashioned values when it comes to appearance and customer service.

Easy process. Questions about auto parts and history about working with cars. I got an offer in the email before I got home. There really isn't a private place in an AutoZone store. So, the interview was very informal.
