Applied online and was contacted by hiring manager a few days later. General skills based technical phone interview on a variety of technical questions as they related to each programming language. Was invited in for a panel interview a few days later. Panel asked more in depth technical questions and was given a whiteboard question to write a task based function; all the while 2 of the 5 members panel were busy on their phone. After interview, hiring manager did not want to talk more specifics about salary/benefits, as they would be part of the "next step". After one week of no response, I followed up with an email, and has never gotten a response since. Completely unprofessional.
