I had three remote interviews (I was living out of the country at the time). The first was with the VP of battery operations, now my current supervisor, the second was with the CEO, and the third was with a few members of the engineering team.

What approaches I'd take as R&D engineer for the company and how that would support grow in the company.
My ideas to characterize battery performance and failure modes.
Experience with laboratory buildup and management.
Am I ok with getting my hands dirty and performing potentially hazardous tests.
Willingness to relocate.
