Interviewed by the branch manager, straight forward, will look to see if you are dependable and able to work well unsupervised. Once they consider you, you'll go for a drug test, about 3-5 days later you'll get a call saying to come in(if you pass the drug test of course). Then you'll take a multiple choice test on the computer, mostly easy common sense questions. Then a ride along with the route supervisor, and if you think you can handle it, you're in.
