They have a four step recruitment process. Once you get a call back, there is the initial interview, the pyschometric assessment followed by two other interviews. One is a ride along with a senior rep and the final is a VP. I found their assessment (there are two) problematic. In the first one, the questions was so poorly worded and structured. I assume that they must have hired a service that is sub-par. The second one had sections that were akin to an IQ test.

Met with Branch Manager and he was a nice guy. Very robotic for our first interview and not prepared. Next I spoke with the Regional VP who was insanely arrogant. Talking about firing people in the past does not get me excited about working here. Also going all the way back to my first job that isn't relevant to the role seems stupid. I asked a question about the culture, guy had no clue what I was talking about. Took an assessment that was an hour long asking dictator like questions. I wasn't given an offer, but I'm glad that I didn't.
