I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview a few days later. My interviewer forgot about my interview and didn't call me at the specified time. I called and left a message, and was contacted the next day saying she forgot. I had my phone interview and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I didn't hear back from them for almost a month, despite two follow-ups.
