I went through two interviews. Both the recruiter and Samantha were very nice, and respectful. I enjoyed the information that was presented to me and the questions that were asked.

1st call is a phone screening with recruiter to confirm the job details. 2nd video call is with a hiring manager in the job department, 3rd call is with recruiter to review job offer or answer more questions.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth and I was guided every step of the way. The BCBA did a awesome job asking clinically appropriate questions and testing my knowledge to apply the science.

They gave me a scenario based questions and asked how I would go about the situation such as how to write a goal or how would I work with a kid to reduce biting.

Entretien
3 interviews, 1 with HR, 1 with clinical director, 1 with clinical supervisor. Interviews done virtually over teams. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. Staff was very professional and answered all questions.
