make an appointment about the meeting time first and then the manager will ask you few questions and they will write down what you said, and then they will tell you whether you pass or not.

First of all, apply online, then got notified by the manager to have an interview in the workplace. After the interview, the manager will let you know what they decide. if yes they will discuss with you about the shift time.
