Overall hiring process took about 5 months. Starts with phone interview. 2nd is a computer based test and interview. 3rd is a panel interview. Use key words from the application. EVERYTHING is scored according to hitting the key words. Keep talking as long as they will let you to get the most points. Wording is everything on the application is you want prior job experience credit.

Typical situational questions. Ethics and safety are stressed. Practice typical interview questions from videos on you tube. Other than that they just ask about experience related questions to be sure you told the truth on the application.
