This process truly screamed scam. This was easily the least professional setting I have ever been in. When I arrived for my interview the office was blasting pop music over the speakers. There were multiple people coming in for interviews and even though we filled out an online application, sent our resumes, and brought printouts, we still had to type all of our info out into a tablet. I came in with a degree in management as well as real-life work experience and was told I would need 4-6 months of training. Any job comes with new training, sure, but to tell me I could go from a crappy hourly wage to "$80,000, $125,000 and make my own schedule" in a matter of months was just absurd. I am not sure if the management here is incompetent or if this is a pyramid scheme. I asked what day to day training looked like to which I was told: "you learn everything, it's impossible to tell you what a day would look like." ...? This was an absolute waste of time. I can see how maybe this would be a "chill" work environment, but for serious young professionals, this is not a good opportunity. When I was called later in the same day to ask if I was still interested and wanted to move forward with a second interview it was a definite NO.

The interviewing process is pretty thorough. I had to go through a three round process. The first was preliminary. Everyone I met was very professional and seemed pretty knowledgeable. The second round interview was more challenging. It was pretty interactive and more extensive then the first.
