I had a couple of phone calls with HR for initial screening. An interview with an engineering director to discuss experience, goals, the company's products etc. An interview with a hiring manager to discuss more technical topics, team dynamics, work styles, etc. A take-home technical exam consisting of a coding challenge to be completed over few hours. A code review and technical discussion with senior engineers. An interview / Q&A session with team members working in the area I am to be hired for.
