They asked me to fill up the personal information form and based on that questions were asked in first round of interview, everything went well, the HR asked me to wait for another round and went out, came in 5 mins, without any feedback she asked me to leave for the day.
After some days i followed with them through email but after a reminder they came up saying 'the position is on hold'
Please atleast have some courtesy being an HR to atleast come up with an honest feedback, it will improve overall HR experience and set your process straight to the expectation so no question of getting the position on hold. It will save companies time and candidates time to
