I applied online. The online application consisted of several questions including long term and short term goals. Over a month later I got an email requesting my academic record. About a month after that I got a phone call to do an interview. I did a Skype interview at one of the offices. The interview was delayed by 40mins. The interview was about 30mins long and there after I had to do a job specific interview test . (I was given no notice that I would be required to do a test on the day of the interview ,not sure if this is common). HR informed me during the interview that in 1 week they would tell me feedback. I never received any feedback at all.

Graduate Program: Started off with application form and online assessments (job simulation). Then in-person interview 2 months after completion of online assessments. The interview itself was smooth and relaxing. Got feedback three weeks after interview that unfortunately provides no useful information in terms of what could be improved.

Entretien
Received a call for the interview 2 months after submitting my application. Attended interview with team leads in person. It was nice to be able to be invited directly to interview rather than having to complete numerous aptitude tests and video interview. Overall, a great experience.
