Applied online and then attended assessment centre which included group activities, panel discussion, networking and 10 minute individual interview. There were about 20 other applicants for both the graduate and vacation programme
1.Apply on the website and upload relevant documents. 2. Do a one way video interview to assess numerical and personal skills. 3. Phone interview with HR and/or manager . 4. Offer of employment
Started with introductions and a short presentation. Asked about aurecon attributes.
A group interview, solving a problem as a team and coming up with a short presentation. Followed by individual interviews.

Entretien
First you submit cover letter and resume, then you do assessment centre and then interview. It was all quite standard with nothing very surprising. They emphasise group work and are not looking for people who will dominate in a group situation.
