Their initial interview process was relatively straightforward and understandable. Consisting of an online interview recording section followed by an assessment section on how you would reply to a specific scenario and inform your manager.

When was a time you faced difficulty, and how do you believe you align with Aurecon's purpose?
Tough process overall. First they require you to answer general questions, but I could not proceed to the next stage. Definitely give them a shot if interested, although I am not qualified to say more.

Entretien
I submitted an online application and was automatically sent a one-way interview invitation. The interview consisted of three oral questions and a written question. I was then invited to an in person interview.
