Applied online and got an interview request the next week. I arrived at the PI's office the next morning on time and had to wait nearly an hour for the PI. Interview was conducted by another research assistant (I did not know her job title at the time) while the PI checked emails. Standard interview questions. Received a job offer the next week.

The initial application is online and the process takes approximately 4-6 weeks. The second part is a phone call interview with a research scientiest or director. There may be a third part sometimes depending on the amount of applicants.

Interview process was very repetitive but fairly easy. A lot of interviews with staff and managers. Very disappointed when I received the low salary after going through this long process.

Entretien
Initially had a phone interview with the Laboratory Manager and eventually had a phone interview with the Primary Investigator. The initial conversation was learning more about the research being done in the laboratory. The final interview was a cursory question and answer session looking to see what knowledge of the subject matter I had.
