The interview has been conducted through telephonic and each round of interview went for almost one to 1.5 hours. HR will not tell you in advance even if the scheduled interview has been cancelled. I cleared all the rounds and my previous company payslips was collected by hr. After that they didnt call me or atleast inform me what happened. The whole interview process almost took one month. if you really need an immediate position this company wouldnt suitable for you because of thier slow and unprofessional behaviours handling candidates.
