J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Audify (Bengaluru) en mars 2023
Entretien
Unethical founders, don't even know how to take interviews. The interview was scheduled through a recruiter. It was conducted by 2 co-founders. It started with reason for switch and salary expectations. Few questions related to my projects and the impact. They asked how can I improve user retention in their app. I was trying to understand their gaming environment and when I asked few questions it was thrown to me as a stupid questions. They restricted me to only few data points and when I finally figured a way to come up with solution they questioned about my existence as data scientist. I personally feel conducting an interview is an art which these people are surely not aware of. You have to push the candidate to think in positive direction rather than demoralising and criticising them. I feel pity about the employees who work at such toxic work culture.
