The interview process began normally and as expected - several phone calls, moving up the chain to the SVP. However, the in-person interview was 6 straight hours with no break, and ended with a known "bar-raiser" grilling me while an assistant took notes. At the end of the day, which went well - not perfect - I was whisked out the door with barely a thank you, amidst and argument around the use of the conference room we were using, and never heard a word from them again, even though I was told my recruiter would be in touch in the next few days after they all met to discuss my performance. Very odd and probably a blessing in disguise.
