J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Audible en mai 2014
Entretien
Got referred by an employees and got a quick phone screen. Was supposed to talk with the hiring manager but someone else called and didn't clarify the change until later in the call. Questions were easy but he was clearly not prepared with the resume and the interview. He was not comfortable being on the call and kept asking simple common questions. He mentioned that the HR found him on the hall way and asked him to take the call. I think he wasn't comfortable make the call. Sounded very insecure.

There was so much miscommunication between the hiring managers and the recruiting company. The recruiting company offered promises to me, but when speaking with the Audible hiring mangers, they confirmed that those promises were false. You can also tell the hiring managers were way over worked. Our conversations included how large their teams were and it came to light that they were the only individuals on each of their teams.

Question 1
There was a very strange question that the second hiring manger kept pushing which was something about bringing issues to higher leadership. She wouldn't explain what she meant by that and was so fixated on that one question for about half the interview. It actually put me off from the role and her as a hiring manager because it seemed like there was a lot of issues on the team. After the second interview I ghosted the recruiting company Audible hired,
