It followed the standard process - Application, first Interview, 2nd interview, Check references and Acceptance/rejection
Presentation was required in the interview
Team work demonstration.

Entretien
About two months after applying, I was shortlisted for the first round of interview with two interviewers (one HR personnel, the other was a general manager). Following the interview, I had to attend an Assessment Centre that took almost the whole day. In the AC, there was a group discussion component and an individual presentation.
