I got a phone call about a week after submitting my application. I was asked some general questions like how many states were in USA, if I could list popular credit card companies, etc. Then, I was scheduled to come in for an in-person interview. The lady in HR seemed friendly and had been with DialAmerica for a long while. I was impressed that she had worked her way up from being an agent to working in an office.
