I applied for this job because the listing had the salary range I wanted. They reached out to put me through the group interview process. In the group interview, they gave us a much smaller salary than what was listed. I was then offered an interview with the team lead. In this second interview the team lead gave me an even lower salary than what was mentioned in the group interview. Big red flag. But I remained interested because I needed a job. Anyway, the 1-on1 interview went well and the team lead said I'd hear back by the end of the day. Well, one week later and I have been ghosted. No one's gotten back to me and no one will answer my texts or emails.

Very straightforward. Two interviews total. I was interviewed both times by my manager that I'd be reporting to. Experience was simple and not drawn out which I appreciated. I heard back quickly.
