Multiple rounds of interviews and a lot of waiting in between. They did not give proper estimates of when the next round would be. And they also did not give me a job saying that they changed their mind and realized they needed a more senior employee rather than a somewhat junior one. After 2 months of interviews.
While the interview itself was nice, this was not really nice and a waste of everyone's time.
