Very straight forward and traditional. I was asked mostly of what I studied and what interests I had. I was also asked how much travel was acceptable. The flip side was that the travel was a whole lot more than I expected. It may still be the case but this isn't a problem for younger people that don't have children.

Over the phone interview to get a feel for if you are a good fit for the position and some simple technical questions. They will then reach out for a follow up interview if they are interested in hiring you.
