Met with multiple members of the units leadership team (unit manager and shift supervisor). This was a virtual meeting. They were willing to consider a candidate from out of town and I appreciated that.

Initial virtual interview for LCH 11 (peds hem/onc) with the floor manager lasted about 45 minutes. Easy interview, lots of information provided about the job. Then followed up with a shadow date to see the flow of the floor.

Easy virtual interview process, met hiring manager on teams and very basic questions about experience etc. After I was hired I then met the manager in person and went over pay etc.
