It took about a month from the time I applied, interviewed and got hired. CHS has close to 50,000 employees so the HR department is not the fastest. I was interviewed by two ladies who turned out to be the practice manager and the office coordinator. After my interview, I was taken around the office and introduced to all the employees.

The interview was very pleasant. Both interviewers did a great job at explaining their roles, and the description of the role I was interviewing for. What made me feel most comfortable was the fact that they told me about themselves first and what led them to their line of work.. so when they asked me to talk about myself,..i felt more at ease knowing that we all had things in common that i could relate to.. that helped a ton.. best wishes on your next interview!! :)
