Entretien
I applied to this position online and received an email a month later for a phone interview. The phone interview was was very brief lasted less than 5 minutes. During the phone interview I was asked what did I know about the position and if i had worked in the call center environment previously. At the end of the call I was invited for a in-person interview for that same week. The in-person interview I met with the manager that did my phone interview and a team supervisor. This interview lasted about 30 minutes. Be sure to bring updated resumes as you should. I interviewed on a Friday and received a offer on Monday!

Panel like interview, A lot of questions surrounding call center experience but was a smooth process, a comfortable setting and very pleasant people. Getting to talk first made me feel more relaxed

Entretien
It took some time for me to get a callback, I noticed the company would rather hire internally. Even though that is not a bad thing because once you are in the door the opportunities are limitless.
But nonetheless, once I received a call to come in for an in person interview, the supervisor was great and personable. The interview process was more like a conversation which I enjoyed.
