Inquired in person. Told to apply online. 1 day later got a phone screening. 4 days later got a call for an interview. Met with the Community Business Director. Interviewed 1-on-1. Got job offer on the same visit. Those who leave without papers usually did not get job offer.

Very nice people to interview with. I felt very comfortable with the business manager and the activity director in the interview. It was more informal and they let me ask questions about the position. I waited in the lobby and we met in a nice room off the main hall. I probably should have pursued the position, but was upfront about waiting on an answer to another job. It was the downfall of the afternoon.
