Phone interview. Regional Director Interview. Executive Director Interview.
My phone interview was a flop, She never called me and didnt email me at all. It was very unprofessional. I had to reach out to set up another interview. We continued to exchange email and she never picks up my call. I was very disappointed on how unprofessional the initial interview was handled. The second interview was much better and she told me that the ED and Recruiter will call me to set up another interview. I didnt hear from them at all. email or call.

Disappointing. Three interviews and communicated over text with the recruiter/ hiring manager for the first interview and scheduling. I Made it to the third interview and was told I would hear back with a decision within the week. Never heard back again. Tried to reach out to the hiring manager and she completely ghosted me. A “ sorry you aren’t the right fit” isn’t that hard but it all worked out in the end! I wouldn’t want to work for a company that treats potential employees like that anyway.

Entretien
There was an interview with the corporate recruiter, the divisional director, the community director, the retiring director, and then with the corporate recruiter again. The whole process took a couple of months, which, since joining, seems out of the ordinary. It was fine and everyone was nice and professional. Very encouraging process, albeit a bit long.
