There are 4 round that this company hires through. First was an online aptitude test conducted over METTL platform. It was easy to score with aptitude, verbal and reasoning questions.
The result of this test came after a month when we were mailed about the interview process date and location.
There was a presentation which lasted about 20 minutes. The three rounds for this day were
1. GD
2. Technical Interview
3. HR
Groups of 10 candidates each were allotted. Topics for the GD can be
1. Are women good managers
2. Can hockey gain popularity like other sports
3. Corruption
4. Women empowerment
And other simple topics.
We were given chance to speak up one by one as in debate and the official evaluated us accordingly.
After this there was technical interview scheduled for the selected people after GD. It was simple. He asked about major project, minor project, what have you done in your project, achievements. While some other interviewers asked string reverse program, palindrome program logic, Armstrong number program, database queries, joins, triggers, c/c++ pointers, character array declaration etc.
After we cleared this round, there was HR round which lasted for just 2 minutes. He asked about hobby. If you clear out GD and technical then consider yourself selected.
