Technical interview was good. After getting offer letter HR asked for resign from current company on receipt of H1B Transfer. After putting resignation HR stops picking up call and forget all commitment.

This is for one of the major banking clients. I had a telephonic round and an face to face interview at one of their locations. Telephonic round was done by a Syntel employee but the face to face was at one of the client locations.

Entretien
Hiring and interview process was good. The recruiter was very professional and knew lot about the project need.
The Technical interview was taken over phone which was very detailed.
The only missing part was that they didn't consider the client interview before hiring (this was a big problem)
